37 year-old mum of twin teenage daughters was born in the Nongbua Lump region of Thailand and came to Britain 10 years ago I was taught by my mum when i was nine. I just love cooking i cook from the heart. I have created my own dishes and studied food hygiene courses in my own time. The hard work has paid off, not only i have created signature dish Fusion Lump Cho Che-chicken curry served a delicately carved pineapple- win the top award. It has made me even more committed to tantalise the taste buds of diners with new culinary delights. it try to keep reinventing myself to stay ahead of the game. Winning best Thai chef of the year was a dream come true.
“I am originally from Isaan, the eastern part of Thailand.” We are a family that likes to cook and spent most of our family time together in the kitchen. So when we moved to England 2010.
I have decided to open a classic Isaan kitchen from my home so that the people of Kent can enjoy authentic tastes from our region.”
Round 2015, I have stated working for a local restaurants, here in Sittingbourne become hard chef “Thaii Fusion Restaurant.” and in 2019 I am the winner of ARTA Thai Chef of the Year.
I am Thai at heart but my restaurant is anything but traditional. My recipes come from far and wide. Some are handed down from my grandmothers; some are inspired by my travel memories; and, others are improvised from our midnight fridge raids.
